Our Story
How We Got Started
Legacy Lawn started with co-owner James — and it really started when he was a kid. Growing up, James learned the value of hard work through yard work, doing it alongside family and taking pride in a job well done. That foundation never left him.
When James moved to central Indiana, he hired lawn crews to handle his yard. The results were consistently disappointing — and when he talked to his neighbors, he heard the same story. Good, reliable lawn care just wasn't easy to find.
So he built it himself. The name Legacy Lawn is intentional: James comes from a family with a tradition of building something worth passing down. This business is that — quality work, honest service, and a name the next generation can be proud of.
